What's Needed for a Notarization?
For all notary services, you'll need to appear in person with valid, current (or issued within 5 years) government issued photo ID (such as a driver's license, DMV-issued ID card, or a US passport.

All documents should be complete and ready to notarize. Depending on the type of document and notarization, you may need to wait to sign in front of the Notary.

Notary fees are $15 per notarized signature. We accept cash, Visa & Mastercard debit/credit cards, Discover, AMEX, and contactless payments such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

We notarize a wide range of documents, including but not limited to: powers of attorney, trust documents, affidavits, real property deeds, 401k/pension withdrawal spousal consent forms, loan documents, advance healthcare directives, and more.

Walk-in Notary Services
For your convenience, you may come in anytime during business hours. No appointment is necessary. However, if you have a large package of documents or multiple signers, you may wish to call in advance to schedule a time to ensure availability of notary service.
Oaths & Affirmations
We can assist you in taking oaths or affirmations, whether it is for a legal matter or any other purpose. A jurat certificate will be provided for each person taking an oath.
